Passing On the Link Love!

TWISTER!

by Stu Gray on March 11, 2010

I realized it has been awhile since I have really given some link love to other bloggers and writers who you might enjoy – and who have great thoughts about marriage and healthy relationships. So, I wanted to take some time to do that today!

I recently found the Romantic Vineyard – Tom and Debi Walter have a great site that you should check out. They have many “rooms” on their blog – including a room for wives and husbands only!

Through Tom and Debi’s site, I found this really cool challenge, if you are up for 52 weeks of dating your spouse – you really need to head over to Simply Modern Mom and check out Project 52: Date Nights. (there are great links from so many people who are participating – It’s a veritable plethora of IDEAS of great dates!!)

Julie Siebert at IntimacyinMarriage is just getting going with her blog, but I can tell she is going to have many great things to contribute to the marriage blog community. Her latest post is about Saying Yes to the Sex!

Ok, I friended the Anonymous8 ladies a week or so ago, and I have really enjoyed reading their stuff. The premise for their blog is that a group of 8 ladies get together and talk about everything under the sun. Yes, it’s geared toward women, but we guys can learn alot about women by listening to them!!! Plus, they prove that my idea for Twister bedsheets could be a money maker.

I have been part of a writing class for the last 7 weeks hosted by my friend Denise Hildreth, and new friend Shari Laci. This week, we were visited by awesome blogger (and Nashvillian) Annie Downs of AnnieBlogs. Annie is awesome — I enjoyed hearing about her blog escapades and the things that she has learned!!  Both she and Denise write terrific blogs that are geared toward singles.

I also met Michael Sherman of the Courageous Loving Nation blog. Michael, and his wife Amy, are IMAGO Dialogue practitioners (you can learn more about what that is at their website)…they offer podcasts, counseling and coaching for couples. Michael’s latest post – Working Through Conflict compares conflict to having sex. It is an interesting concept you should check out!

And, since I used the word plethora, I thought I would pass along my favorite use of the word plethora in a movie…
