30 Day Marriage Challenge – Prayer

I love the ACTS model. We use the "Lord's Prayer" model:

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. -- Praise God! He's holy
Thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. -- Pray that His will be done above all else
Give us this day our daily bread. -- Ask for the things we need (not necessarily want)
And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. -- Admit what you've done sinfully against God and forgive those who have wronged you too!
Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. -- Ask God for His spiritual help to resist our temptations and grow in the Lord
For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever! -- End up with more praise1
